Physician Credentialing

To enroll as an MHN_MD a physician is required to:

	Provide personal references by at least one current MHN physician member.
	Be board certified in their specialty
	Execute the MHN_MD contract.
	Make available cell phone number and beeper number
	Be prepared to respond to phone calls and messages within 1 hour
	Respond to e-mails within 2 hours
	Use electronic medical record that will be accessible on the MHN website for all patient interactions on the company website
	Prepare proper documentation after a telephone consultation. This will include patient identifiers, date and time of consultation, problems addressed, and treatment plan recommended and patient disposition.
	Prepare proper electronic report after an e-mail consultation. The report will include patient identifiers, patient email correspondence, date and time of consultation, problems addressed, and treatment plan recommended and patient disposition.
